What We Do
Workshops
Our workshops bring science into the studio and dance into the classroom. We design and implement workshops to support teacher training, K-12 education, higher education, and community engagement efforts. We help participants dive into questions about environmental issues and topic using artistic frameworks.
Speaking Engagements
Ecologist and choreographer Jame McCray turns listeners into participants, getting audiences up and moving. She couples performing arts with science in her presentations to demonstrate what it takes to make successful collaborations. With her playful and authentic style, Jame challenges individuals to consider the future in light of climate change.
Performances
We present participatory performances, where the audience co-creates a piece, as well as traditional performances, with the audience as viewers. Many of our performances come out of collaborations with the Dance Exchange and the Superhero Clubhouse.

What We Believe
“A threat multiplier, climate change, touches all our lives. We will need a diversity of voices and creative ways of thought to create change. I help people envision a future where all creation thrives, develop a game plan for making that happen, and act.” - Jame McCray
If the most vulnerable populations are centered, all can thrive.
Science is for everyone. Science is simply a framework for answering questions.
When we tap into our creativity, we can solve problems.
Everyone can dance.
